The atmosphere in this place is absolutely not friendly. The price does not match the quality. If you want to do a lip filler, you are left waiting at... the reception with an analgesic cream on your lips, so that everyone can see it, which is an absolute violation of the client's boundaries. The master is not friendly and moreover does not even show or tell you what kind of filler will do cosmetic procedures, which is a violation of protocol. The master must show the client how she opens the syringe and the name of the cosmetic product!The filler she uses is not high-quality, my lips lost the filler three days after the procedure. I do not recommend this place, the price is too high. The service is terrible. Show more

I have never met someone as unprofessional as Nicole. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago to get lip filler and she cancelled on the same day. We the...n rescheduled to get it done yesterday, and one hour before the appointment she asked me if i could come 4 hours later instead of the time I was booked in for. This shocks me as i have never been in this situation before, i am not her friend for her to be cancelling appointments with such short notice. If she knows she has an appointment for 14:00 well she should organize herself and get there in time for it. On top of that, i have been asking for a refund of the £57 deposit i paid and she has not sent it. I reached out many times asking for it and she is just continuously ignoring my messages and leaving me on seen. This is so ridiculous. I should be paid for my time, no one should be paying this person any deposit when she is the one that fails to turn up and do her job. So embarrassing that she doesn’t even have the decency to answer or refund me my deposit. I will definitely be taking further action. Show more
