Hi, all our clients have numbing cream applied in the waiting room so they are ready for treatment when they enter, if you felt uncomfortable I wish you would have told me as I could have taken you to a private waiting room. This has been our policy for the past 6 years and we have never had any issue so I’m sorry to hear that it made you feel this way. Also the filler we use is Revolax, it is broadly mentioned on our page that it is our preferred product to use and I would of had no problem with showing you the packaging that the syringe came out of. The LOT number of your product is also added to your client record. We have use Revolax for the past 6 years and stand by it as a long lasting filler, as it’s physically impossible for lip filler to dissolve within 3 days, what you will be experiencing is the swelling going down. I find it strange that you didn’t highlight any of these concerns to me during or after your appointment and instead chose to write it here instead of asking the questions you seek answers too. If you were unhappy with your treatment or were unsure of anything I’d of been more than happy to see you again or answer any questions. You did sign a consent form saying you were satisfied with the knowledge that was given to you. If only you had asked you would have always recieved the answer.
