Hi Graeme I am really sorry about what has happened on Thursday,as I am a owner of dad’s and lad’s barber,I was on holiday and staff member are do not understand your problem because when you cancel you will get charge that is our salon policy and if you count off rearrange your appointment believe me you are not being charge. Your money is in your bank account in 2 to 3 working days please can you charge your review to positive because this is only general mistake on your side, I hope you will understand that, thank you.
