As much as we appreciate your feedback, I am slightly confused by this review as at the end of the haircut you were asked if you were happy with everything to which you responded ‘everything is perfect.’ Our owner has since reached out to you and asked what the problem was and offered to fix it free of charge. Again you declined this. As previously advised we will take your ‘feedback' on board.
