Was not impressed by the attitude of all of the staff there, which was largely unprofessional considering the high price they charge for basic service...s. I was asked about the product on my nails numerous times and, despite giving the same answer, was met with disbelief and ‘tutting’. She was also very rough in pressing down on my hands and asked me if it’s because ‘I had sensitive hands’. In short, I don’t; I’ve never had an issue with being in pain at a nail appointment before but The Beauty Bar was a first. Despite paying £15 for removal, barely any of the product was removed and she couldn’t so much as cut away the horrible state of the nails she had left from her poor technique. Show more

Hi Yasmin, that’s a real shame you were left feeling that way. We pride ourselves on the high standard of work we produce in the salon. At incredibly reasonable prices. Myself & my staff ensure we create a welcoming, warm, bubbly atmosphere to new & existing clients. If the product applied to your nails wasn’t applied with us at the salon it can be difficult to judge what is on the nails. Especially if it’s proving difficult to remove. If you felt there was an issue during the appointment I would have been sure to rectify this for you.
