Got there 10 minutes early to find the shop closed. Waited until 16.00 and tried again but no answer. Rang the number and was forwarded to voicemail s...everal times. Not happy as needed my child’s haircut before Christmas Show more

Hi Ronan, I’ve just read your review and I’m not sure what happened today as I was open until 7pm. I notice the door handle at the back has got really stiff when I left today. The last customer must have lifted up the handle up really hard before your appointment causing the stiffness and you had to push it down hard to open the door. The phone signal is not the best in the cellar and I didn't get any missed calls from you. I can only apologies for this and the inconvenience caused. I’ve spoken to the “Syran” (land lady) she will be getting someone to look at it. Once again sorry for that. Simon .
