Charlene was so professional and such a lovely lady who put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. During treatment Charlene talked me through every stage and kept me really calm. Explained the whole process to me prior to treatment and during. I have had two treatments now and she always gives her honest advice and puts your mind at rest. I wanted a very natural look and she has definitely achieved it they are much more plump and defined but don’t look like i have had filler at the same time such amazing natural results exactly what i asked for. My lips look lovely and I'm over the moon with them. If you are looking to have your lips done but are feeling nervous about the treatment i couldn’t recommend Charlene enough.
