Charlotte is always really flexible with me when I need last minute appointments so I never h...ave to suffer with any gaps or worry about not having them fresh for occasions. She cares about everyone who walks in the door! I am particular about how I like them and no one can master exactly what I want like Charlotte does! The salon is so lovely, I sometimes even just go in and sit for a chat because it's that welcoming. 10/10 book in! Show more
