Title: Terrible experience – do not go to Marlon Review: I strongly advise against getting a haircut from Marlon. The fades are consistently sloppy a...nd poorly executed. On my last visit, he cut my dread ragtails, leaving them hanging by threads. I reached out politely requesting a correction or a discount, but he ignored my messages for weeks. Completely unprofessional, careless, and lacking skill. If you value your hair, avoid Marlon entirely. Show more

Bad customer service from all staff especially the manager. barber was running late for appointment, when I asked the manager for an update he told me... he was on the phone!! Barber then shows up 20 mins late for the appointment no apology. Average hair cut and hairline pushed back. When I pointed it out I was told not to look at the mirror! I’m unsure I’m always very happy with the finish of my cut but an aspect of my experience I’m very unhappy with is my barber making and receiving cons...tant calls on his mobile phone in the midst of my haircut therefore I feel it diminishes my feelings of having a positive experience where his time and attention is focused on his conversations leading to many interruptions to him completing my haircut and taking much longer than necessary Just wish he could focus on me I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied with this aspect .
