Hello Evania,  Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize for any disappointment with your appointment. My goal is always to provide a high quality and attentive service. Regarding the Gel-X application, I adjusted your hand position multiple times to avoid flooding at the cuticles, I noticed your hands shifted back, causing overflow. I tried to clear these areas and apologize if this wasn’t fully effective. I also regret any discomfort caused from the small cut during cuticle trimming, although I aim not to cut any part that is not needed, sometimes these things do happen. However, I do apologise for any discomfort this may have caused you. The slight adjustment made to the direction of your nail was intended to create a straight look, given that sometimes there are natural bends. I also understand you had hoped for a more opaque finish; had I known, I would have shared that Gel-X can be more translucent and recommended a different service. You asked for additional layers, I advised against it as it can result in a bulkier look, however, leaving the decision up to you. During your appointment, you mentioned being happy with the time and care I took, so the review was unexpected. Clear communication is important to me, as I aim to address any concerns during or after appointments. I will be happy to honor my 7-day guarantee and make any needed adjustments.
