Really disappointed. I got a voucher from a friend to use so this was my first time there. First of all my beauty therapist was running late, which I ...only found out from another client. There was no mention of it from staff & no apology when I finally sat down 40 mins after my appointment time. I had the premium spa pedicure, which was far from premium. My therapy was really rough with my feet & cut/grazed me in a number of places, again no apology - not sure if she even realised. I then had the “hot” boots on, which weren’t even warm. I also didn’t get any conversion out of her, considering I was there for almost 2hrs this was pretty awkward. I’m so gutted my experience wasn’t any better as the other staff members seemed so lovely, warm & welcoming, especially Hope! Show more
