1 star left but that's being generous! Very unprofessional. My appointment was booked for 12.30, for which I was on time. I stood at the reception de...st for 19 minutes without anyone coming to me. There was a guy doing a tattoo on someone, whilst talking on his phone, but he didn't even look up to acknowledge me, or call for someone else to come to reception, although he knew I was standing there like a melon. After being ignored for so long, I walked out, and will take my services somewhere else. I will definitely not be setting foot thru their doors again. Show more
