Amazing customer service from the team at Vivid Ink today. Originally booked in for my daughter’s ear piercing. Jordan was extremely professional and ...amazing at settling her nerves. He was able to also squeeze me in for a septum piercing and my son in for an ear piercing too as walk-ins. Incredibly informative, professional and the studio was really clean with a friendly atmosphere! Will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family! Show more

1 star left but that's being generous! Very unprofessional. My appointment was booked for 12.30, for which I was on time. I stood at the reception de...st for 19 minutes without anyone coming to me. There was a guy doing a tattoo on someone, whilst talking on his phone, but he didn't even look up to acknowledge me, or call for someone else to come to reception, although he knew I was standing there like a melon. After being ignored for so long, I walked out, and will take my services somewhere else. I will definitely not be setting foot thru their doors again. Show more
