Minimum Charges
• The 8-child package is charged at a fixed rate for 2hours. If fewer than 8 children attend (for example, 5, 6 or 7 children), the full fee remains payable.
• The 4-child package is charged at a fixed rate for 1.5hours.

Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party date.
• Any additional children attending on the day will be charged at £30 per child, subject to availability.

Supervision
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their children throughout the event.
• Children must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Any cancellation or rescheduling requests will be considered at the salon’s discretion.
• By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
