Yesterday I had my first ever reflexology session with Gary, he explained all the steps and what was going to happen to put me at ease. One look at my... feet and he already knew exactly what areas of my body I’m struggling with , I didn’t even have to tell him! Today my shoulders are pain free and relaxed for the first time in months! I then followed this with a reiki session which as always lifts a weight off me. Gary picked up on the back pain I had been experiencing and in my side which turns out to be my liver which makes a lot of sense.
