I can not recommend Reiki wellbeing with Gary Brown enough. I first visited Gaz nearly a year ago for Reiki- new to the Reiki experience and somewhat ...apprehensive. I instantly felt at ease, Gaz really is one of life’s true, genuine human beings who is absolutely amazing at what he does. His room is beautiful with sights and smells that create the peace you are looking for. I walk away feeling positive and at peace. Since that initial appointment I have had many Reiki sessions, guidance card readings, joined his mediation evenings and completed my level 1&2 Reiki and through these and Gaz’s guidance and support throughout, I am not in the same place I was a year ago and for that I am truly grateful 💜 Show more

Just had the most relaxing and enjoyable treatment I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this therapy enough. As most of you know I suffer with depression,... anxiety and psychosis amongst many physical health issues. I feel so grounded, clear headed, calm and happy 😃 and pain free!! 🙌🏻🤩. I even managed to get up off the floor with very little assistance 😬😬😅 unbelievable, trust me lol. I will be booking in for regular sessions from now on. This will be life changing for me running alongside conventional medicine. He’s also 96% cheaper than my psychiatrist with 100% better results. I can’t begin to tell you how different I feel from yesterday morning, lighter, quieter and just altogether calmer. Knowing what emotional burn out fe...els like worries me. Until I had a reiki session with Gary, to be honest I didn’t really believe in reiki… Gary however, single-handedly managed to prove to me as a very l...ogical-minded Biologist, that reiki is in fact a real phenomenon and works! Despite having my eyes closed and no physical touch from Gary, I found I could “feel” which part of my body/being he was working on at all times during the session. I felt peaceful, relaxed and welcome throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary’s services as a result. So much so, since that first session I have joined on to Gary’s weekly, hosted development groups which I now look forward to every week.
