Gary makes you feel at ease as soon as he greets you. The space feels safe and cosy. Gary takes time to understand and get to know you, making sure th...at the service is really tailored to whatever it is you're looking toget from the session. The Reiki itself is the best I've personally experienced, I always come away with a feeling of lightness and more relaxed than after any massage. Gary is also down to earth and is extremely easy to talk to, I think this is important and the insights he's provided with me with resonated strongly and I have endeavoured to take them forward with me day to day. I had my 2nd reiki session with Gary yesterday and it was as magical as the 1st one. Talking to Gary is like talking to an old friend, he’s empathetic..., non-judgemental and very wise. The treatment itself is as wonderful as the pre-treatment consultation and the overall experience feels like a warm fuzzy blanket for the soul. I released a whole load of heavy emotions during both sessions and I can’t wait for the next one as I find myself feeling much lighter and centered after each appointment. Went to Gary today for reflexology and what an experience… you cannot compare reflexology in a spa by a beautician, to reflexology with a true healer ...like Gary! It’s far more than just a foot massage- it really does correspond to areas of your body that need some healing when done properly like this. I literally felt things like my sinuses drain and having to swallow etc. The room and atmosphere is so peaceful and comfortable too. 100% recommend ❤️ Show more

Fabulous! I felt so negative and beaten down when I went to see Gary this morning, but we had a chat, I cried and I also laughed. I had a clearing of ...the negative aura I was feeling, and then a Reiki session. Gary always grounds me, puts things into perspective and makes me open my eyes and ears. I can not recommend Reiki wellbeing with Gary Brown enough. I first visited Gaz nearly a year ago for Reiki- new to the Reiki experience and somewhat ...apprehensive. I instantly felt at ease, Gaz really is one of life’s true, genuine human beings who is absolutely amazing at what he does. His room is beautiful with sights and smells that create the peace you are looking for. I walk away feeling positive and at peace.
