Gary takes time to understand and get to know you, making sure th...at the service is really tailored to whatever it is you're looking toget from the session. The Reiki itself is the best I've personally experienced, I always come away with a feeling of lightness and more relaxed than after any massage. Gary is also down to earth and is extremely easy to talk to, I think this is important and the insights he's provided with me with resonated strongly and I have endeavoured to take them forward with me day to day.
