Refused to see our son as they had changed appt without telling us and refused to cut his hair. Even after showing our email confirmation he showed us... his account that showed our appt at an earlier time and refused to see us as we were now “5mins” late due to his ignorance. The shop was empty and the guy was sat on his phone. We will not be returning. Show more
