Hello, I'm so sorry to hear you were not happy with the set of nails you received. I wish you could have messaged us to fix the issues you have had. It was Loren’s first day and I know she would have been nervous, but I promise she was doing the best she could do. She decided at the end of the day that she no longer wishes to pursue nails and has left the studio and I’m now wondering if she feels this after the service you received. For this I am so sorry. I can absolutely assure you that all of the correct tools were used as we all use the exact same in our studio but I am unsure what you are used to at your other salon that you normally attend. When you are a new client and you come to us with gel previously applied we are required to remove to ensure the health of your nails underneath is all okay, which is why a soak off was provided. BIAB is a form of gel, in which you asked for Loren to apply so I am unsure on this comment about BIAB being applied when you asked for gel - that is what you received. Also can I just advise that Shellac is a brand and we don’t use that, we use The Gel Bottle, both brands are gel products. I hope that helps explain because I’m really not sure what else we could have done with this.
