Can say with confidence my nails have never looked better. So far I’ve had appointments with both Lauren and Frankie and they’ve both been brilliant. ... Lauren did a fantastic job on my last two visits, even after I accidentally booked the wrong appointment (TWICE! 🤦‍♀️ I am so sorry!). Despite having less time due to my mistake and a booked up schedule, her professionalism and attention to detail left my nails looking perfect with such a cute pattern. I’d definitely say use the app for booking, as at least on my phone the mobile web version of booksy doesn’t show all options (e.g. there’s no option to add BIAB for a gel manicure). On my first visit Frankie rescued my nails after I botched a DIY removal of old BIAB - I went in thinking they’d have to be cut short but she not only saved them but made them look flawless Highly recommend this salon for fab results and brilliant service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💅 Show more

I’ve been coming to the Nayl House for the past 2 years and I would honestly never go anywhere else. The warmth and positivity from all the girls make...s it such an inviting and safe environment. The vibes are stunning! My tech Elle (fizzfingers) is an all time living legend, the attention to detail, the quality of work and the chats are phenomenal. They also offer headphone appointments where you can just mutually agree to have some solo time and listen to your own music or podcast and it’s never awkward or weird.
