Sorry you missed your hair cut. Unfortunately I am currently off sick after having the 2nd spinal surgery in May and Kelly is very over run due to running the shop on her own. She also found out yesterday that a close family member had passed away. Considering the circumstances I am asking if you would gracefully remove this review which will effect my business.
