Extremely disappointed with the service. I had an appointment booked with Leo’s. I changed the appointment to use a different barber which was confirm...ed by the salon. The salon then changed my appointment time to a later time which I could not do. They changed this appointment without contacting me beforehand. As I could not make the later time the salon had moved my appointment to, I had to cancel the appointment. The salon then later applied 2 x cancellation fee’s. Even though I did not cancel appointments I changed my original appointment, and had to cancel this appointment due to the salon changing my appointment time. Very poor service, very disappointing. I then contacted the owner directly who refused to refund the cancellation fee’s even though they accepted that they had changed my appointment time. Show more
