Pre booked for 12:30. The chair wasn’t free until about 12:50. Once the chair became free another customer sat in the chair to have their haircut. Lit...erally no point in having a booking system at all. ‘Waiting 20mins Xmas week. What can you do 😂’ I need to make it clear that waiting 20mins isn’t the issue & I get it’s Xmas. Disregarding a booked apt is the issue. True, you offered once I left the shop and started to drive off. Look, I’m not trying to be a dick but there really isn’t any point offering an option for people to book if it’s ignored. Show more
