Owen was amazing with my little boy (almost 3yrs) who usually hates having his hair cut - it was the first time we had visited and I booked it to see ...if the ‘sports car’ would make a difference. He was definitely distracted, until the clippers came out! What actually made a difference was Owen, he was brilliant, calm and chatty - he let my child have a look at everything he was using, there was no rush he talked him through it and took his time even when he was distracted by the car - I can’t believe he sat so well - it was a much more enjoyable less stressful experience and he’s said he wants to go back 🙌🏻 winner - thank you Show more
