Hi Patrica - I tried to call you a few times with no luck unfortunately. I want to sincerely apologise that you didn’t have the best experience at this visit. Im so sorry if there has been a miscommunication during consultation of your colour process - i can see from our booking system your last appointment was almost 9 months ago. As your hair is darkest brown/black it is honestly impossible to get that new regrowth up to a bright blonde or even a dark blonde - it’s something that will need to be done over a few sessions closer together - perhaps every 2-3 months until you achieve your desired colour. Your toners were chosen with the intention of leaving you with a balanced colour as it had been awhile between apps. Toners are used to counteract brassiness but will begin to lighten after your 1st wash and continue to do so without returning to the raw lift. Please let me know after a few washes how you feel as we never want anyone left dissatisfied- we could add more light and put a plan in place to get you to your perfect colour 🥰 Im so sorry also that you had an unpleasant experience at the basin, never feel like you cant raise a concern there and then as that will really help us going forward.
