really lovely team, nice atmosphere and snacks/ drinks tray was a really nice touch. unfortunately, they got the colour of my hair completely wrong an...d hair didn’t look like the video/picture I showed them from their page. they did their best to rectify the situation but unfortunately i walked out not very happy with the finished product. they did listen to me about density and wanting to be able to pack my hair into a ponytail for work which was great. overall, would go back but is just a shame that the colour wasn’t what I wanted at all. Relaxer with styling

Usually get my braids done here and love them but this time I tried going for a relaxer and styling and I was not happy with my experience. I don’t kn...ow if it’s because I had a new woman (never seen her at the salon ever) do my hair 1. The woman doing my hair didn’t warm up the water system in time so I had to wait for it as the relaxer burned my skin. This lead to over processed hair. 2. My appointment lasted three hours instead of the thirty minutes indicated on the booking. 3. The styling was awful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got the exact opposite and even when I tried to explain they couldn’t understand/fix it properly. They tried to chalk it off on the fact that my hair texture is different but that’s not the case because I achieved the style I wanted by myself after the appointment. Also because my appointment overran, I didn’t have the time to rectify it like I wanted. Everything just felt careless which is disappointing because I normally enjoy the salon and love my hair afterwards. Show more
