I messaged Elisha to arrange a consultation as I wasn’t sure what I needed to fix 12 months of neglecting my hair with box dye and various diy disaste...rs. The salon is beautiful and everyone is warm and welcoming. Elisha discussed various options and we came up with a plan I booked in via the app which was really easy. At my appointment I was made to feel comfortable offered numerous drinks. Because we had to get box dye out it could have potentially been a tricky colour but you can just tell Elisha is very knowledgeable and is very professional as she knew exactly what to do to achieve the best colour !! I am over the moon with the end result and would say it’s probably the best hair service I’ve ever had. I will not be going anywhere else now. It’s really great value for money I am so pleased.
