Hi Gemma, thanks for your feedback but I think it’s a bit unfair, as I wasn't in salon that day. I did message you personally to explain the mishap and couldn't of been more unapologetic to you. I explained there had been an error with the booking system as I wasnt working that day and the booking system shouldn't have allowed the booking and I refunded your £6 deposit immediately. Sorry again but I think the one star is unfair as you can see from all my other reviews i always give good customer service.

Sarah is the only hairdresser I trust with my hair, I travel every time from Manchester because she is just that good. The nicest person to speak to, ...so professional and goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with the result. I get compliments all the time on my colour and condition on my hair, despite being blonde. I recommend her to everyone I know. All the other girls in the salon are so chatty which makes it such a nice environment to be in. I look forward to every appointment xxxx Show more

Amazing! ⭐️ I was having a whole restyle and colour change - with extensive damage AND loads of grey to disguise. Sarah smashed it out of the park. No...t only was I thrilled with my hair, I also felt that the colour clinic had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm genuinely thrilled to finally have found somewhere local who understand my hair properly. I haven't loved my hair this much for a long time. Have already been back! ❤️ Show more
