My son goes to Freemans for all his hair cuts, this time he wanted something different to his usual hair cut. I was unaware I had to book a longer app...ointment. My husband was not impressed with the way he was spoken to regarding me booking the wrong time etc. I’m disappointed as we usually have a great experience Show more

Booked 2 appointments for boys 7 & 9 from 1215 to 115pm The boys had ntheir cut and were all done by 1250 As there was 25 minutes of appointment tim...e left i asked if tjey could do my hair too... Which i expected to pay extra for.... They refused to do me and said they couldn't fit me in (although there was 25 minutes of our booked appointment time left) I find this poor customer service and very rude, if there was this much time left they easily could have done my hair too. Thanks to this they will now have lost mine and my boys repeat custom. Next time we will look elsewhere hopefully to receive better customer service What made it even worse was within our allotted appointment time someine walked in off street and was seen straight away. Funny they could do that person but refused me Show more
