Unprofessional and unfriendly, unfortunately I have not had a great experience. She sent a reminder of the appointment but she messaged to cancel shor...tly before it. I happily rescheduled. Due to there not being a reminder as there was previously, I forgot but messaged her an an hour into the 2 hour appointment. She never messaged to ask me where I was and she didn't respond to my message when she alleges she was in the shop. And she responded after our appointment would have finished.There wasn't any lights on in the shop when I drove passed after messaging her,yet she claims she was there at the at time. Follows contact policies only when convenient for her at rescheduling,even in if at last minute. Really disappointed and was looking forward. Show more
