Alex is the best around. I go for treatment with Alex every 2 weeks to keep on top of any issues or tension build up due to my manual job and high int...ensity training. Alex is extremely knowledgable and always gives me advice on exercises and stretches to do to assist with maintaining my body. Alex offers various treatments during her sessions including cupping which has made a huge difference to an ongoing shoulder injury. Visiting Alex on a regular basis has made a huge difference to my health and wellbeing and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Show more

She helps keep me fit and able to do my job... in the ambulance service, which involves a lot of moving and handling of patients. I initially went to see her to help with a Achilles tendon issue which A...lex resolved and I now see her every 3 weeks to keep on top of any built up tension or restrictions and to keep me feeling my best in my physical job and when playing rugby.
