I had my first ever sports massage with Alex and she made me feel at ease from the start. We spoke about where I might need more work on set areas and... showed she had extensive knowledge on the muscle groups. Alex is dead easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive even if it does feel like she’s trying to snap my leg in half 😅 would recommend Alex to anyone needing anything doing even just to go for a chat 😁 Show more

Alex is the best around. I go for treatment with Alex every 2 weeks to keep on top of any issues or tension build up due to my manual job and high int...ensity training. Alex is extremely knowledgable and always gives me advice on exercises and stretches to do to assist with maintaining my body. Alex offers various treatments during her sessions including cupping which has made a huge difference to an ongoing shoulder injury. Visiting Alex on a regular basis has made a huge difference to my health and wellbeing and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Show more
