I can’t recommend Alex highly enough. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also really personable, which makes every session comfortable and e...asy. She’s been a huge part of keeping me moving while training, it honestly feels like she’s the one holding everything together at times. I’ve been dealing with ACJ inflammation, and her treatment has made a noticeable difference in both reducing pain and managing the inflammation.
