Valerie took the time to familiarise herself with my hair len...gth, volume and texture from the outset and followed this up before the treatment. She was not only very knowledgeable about the specifics of my hair type, but took the time to ensure that I was familiar with them and empowering me with the nuances I wasn't aware of, marking her out as a high quality professional – not all hairdressers do or care about this.
