I was pretty nervous about my appointment. It was 8 years since my initial eyeliner was done (elsewhere) and I’d found that to be quite an overwhelmi...ng experience. The session with Mandy couldn’t have been more different. She took great pains to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The numbing cream was incredibly effective and the entire top up was virtually pain free. (Very different from the first time). Mandy herself was really open and friendly, we discussed other treatments I might benefit from and she was open and reassuring with no hard selling.
