Really disappointed with Chloes Nails today. I've been a loyal customer since before they had their own premises. Pedicure took an hour and a half and... 3 different people to do it with uneven french tips. The service was unfinished as i'd had enough. Acrylic french tip finger nails too thick and overall a mess. The nail burn was a killer. Pointless booking the people you want to do your nails as they are never available. It appears that there are too many trainees. £83 for the privilege today. So not worth it. I need to find somewhere else to put them right. Staff were rude and were trying to charge me more. Used to be so good too. Such a shame. Show more

I soaked my old set off on Saturday and got my new ones done today (Monday). My nails were pretty sensitive but I had Vi do my nails and she took su...ch good care of them. I got a medium/ long set of French tips, she was super gentle and checked every step of the way to make sure I was good and that I liked them😭 Truly a sweetheart and lovely experience. I’d love to get my nails done by her again! Show more
