Final edit: with pictures attached. We went with a different design because they ran out of the silver i wanted for the other design. The new design i...s definitely more expensive than my previous but they wouldn't accept any more money. I'm really happy with my results second time around and i'll be booking in again in a few weeks /to try another idea for my bridal nails! Edit: since posting this a few minutes ago the manager has called me and asked if she can fix this for me. Which is great customer service and i'm extremely appreciative. I will be editing the star rating once the nails are fixed. I've been to Chloe's 3 times now. The first time was amazing and i was really happy. The second time. My nails were ok but not perfect. This time. I'm not happy. Some of the lines on my nails are wider than others. Some are straight some are not and some are wobbly. I was also sanded on my skin multiple times all over my cuticles and my fingers are sore because of it. I'm trying out bridal nails which i told him and honestly if i had something like this for the day i would be really upset. I'm honestly considering going and getting them redone somewhere else. Use to love coming to Chloe’s back in the day at her old shop these days I find once I settle with a staff member they end up leaving and I’m back to ...finding a new one which is very frustrating !! also you book a appointment and there never on time and double book as appear to try cram in as many clients as possible leaving clients sitting around in a packed salon. Such a shame as Chloe’s was always a great salon I will now be looking elsewhere for a reliable consistent service Show more
