Always polite and friendly and any nail art challenges I come in with they always pull it off I originally only went there to treat myself at Christma...s I don’t ever have my nails done but went as a one off and I’m still going back every month love the people love the fact they offer you a drink while the work is done absolutely love the place xxx I had these but almond shape still a really cool design 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Show more

Fabulous pedicure my feet feel amazing. The staff had to deal with a very rude and entitled Karen yesterday (see review below) who felt it necessary ...to stand up and shout across the whole salon about how she was inconvenienced because she was made to wait. They were so apologetic and professional as she yelled at them. Some people really need to learn some manners 🙄 Show more

I was kind the first and second time I waited but today sat here again for the 3 time waiting . They do nails nice but you have an app they’re greedy... don’t care make you sit waiting over hours . Last time someone filed my nails down then I had to sit back down that day I was in the salon 3 hours for basic builder gel infills . Now I’m sat here and it’s 27 minutes already past my app . If you have nothing to do fine ok go in . If you’re professional and work make an app don’t bother . I’ll never come back after today and guess what they don’t care . Show more

So sorry for your bad experience today at our salon. The reason caused the delay today was one of our staff called off for emergency family matters so we couldn’t control the situation as Friday is always busy like this. Please understand that we didn’t mean to let everyone waiting and get more people in as when customers walk in they all said they had appointments but some of them didn’t have and as we quite busy to do for other customers we could not control it. My staff told me the problem this morning when you walked out they couldn’t do anything or explain as they too busy they can only say sorry to you. So I am the owner of the salon, i apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. I known that you are really angry and would not come back here but if you can give us another chance we would not let you down again. I would like to give you a free service if you change your mind in the future. Thank you so much and hope you understand for us.

First time I came I had the most beautiful gel x set done, absolutely perfect and a lot of care taken! However I came today to get BIAB and am really ...disappointed - nail tech was too rough on my cuticles, and the light pink colour I thought I chose showed up transparent.
