It was much appreciated that I was offered and iced coffee as it was a hot day - nice touch! I had a great haircut by Paul. I informed him what I would like (and that I have had not so good experiences with haircuts in the recent past). He was attentive and ensured that I had a good experience this time. Full head of highlights - I had very dark roots, and extremely faded box dye, my hair was in need of sos! While i had an expectation of the results i... wanted, i was aware that may not be achievable first go, due to my current hair situation. Enter Abbie….! Not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded! Abbie had done an incredible job of my hair and I haven’t come out of a salon, after a colour experience ever feeling so happy! Abbie also explained everything she was doing throughout the process, and bearing in mind Abbie is relatively new to hairdressing, she absolutely nailed it! Plus Abbie was lovely to chat to as well.
