Hello Bharat , unfortunately when you came for your last Free haircut in our Barber Academy , we had models for four student Barbers but one student Barber was off sick with no prior notice and so we had models for four student Barbers with only three student Barbers available and so we simply did not have the capacity for all models so we had a 1sr come 1st serve basis on that particular day and as you were the last to arrive we unfortunately had to turn you away . We can see you have had previous Free haircuts with us in the academy and have been happy and you seem to understandrcut at the time ? Sorry for any inconvenience. To answer your further upset in not able to book for another month. As we offer a Professionally Finished Free Haircut service I'm sure you can understand how popular they are ( having been before) we are very busy in advance for this service.

Hi Jack, We are sorry to hear your less than favourable comments following your visit yesterday. Katy has been trained to the same level as all of our barbers and the numerous 5 star reviews that she and the rest of our team have received are testament to that. We have reviewed our CCTV footage and noted that there was minimal verbal interaction from you throughout your service, and at the conclusion of your visit you appeared happy with your service and did not raise any concerns. That being said, we always address any concerns on the rare occasion that they may occur. Hi Adam, very sorry you had a wasted trip for your free haircut in our Academy , unfortunately one of our trainee barbers didn’t turn up so we only had space for 3 haircuts and as you were the last of 4 to arrive we had already placed all the models in the chairs. You did say at the time you were ok and that you would book for a paid haircut and so was offered a discount for your inconvenience? Again very sorry for your inconvenience but this was something out of our control on the day .
