Nice lad but didn’t listen , asked for skin fade taper and to get rid of the greys in the side. Now going somewhere else to skin fade as doesn’t look... like been cut on sides . The owner was excellent and really wanted to sort this issue and offered me a free hair cut . These things happen but I’ve changed it to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service from the owner. Hi Ashley very sorry to hear , after speakinger to Tom it seems there has been communication problem in the consultation. A skin fade taper as you asked for it seems is not what you actually required if you wanted all the grey removed ? This should have been explained in more detail by the barber to ascertain what the correct terminology was . Very sorry for this . I would like to offer you a free service with the owner (Joth) to correctr this . Call the shop anytime and ask for Joth .
