We are deeply saddened by your review as you feel your dog was not groomed to your satisfaction. Each day we work and strive to deliver an exceptionally high standard. We are overwhelmed and pride ourselves on the hundreds of good reviews we have had over the years from our amazing customers which is why we find ourself saddened by the negative and quite ruthless review you feel you had to leave us. Again, we appreciate the time you have took out to write this review however as a small business we live by our customer feedback and reviews and we would like to take this opportunity to defend ourselves as we feel slightly confused in this situation. Having read this review then watched back the clip on our ring doorbell to help clear up the confusion about the conversation, On arrival we asked “ how would you like Kandy groomed ?” To which you replied “ short “ we then asked if you would like her ears short aswell, to which you replied “ yes “ . When collecting Kandy we asked how she looked to which you replied “ much better “. If you had any concerns or were unhappy with kandys groom we would have been happy to offer a refund and our deepest apologies but from our exchange we did not have any incline that u were unhappy with kandys groom and to refer to the groom as “ butchered “ we find upsetting and again we are deeply saddened you feel this way however we felt it was quite necessary for us to defend ourselves in this situation as we feel it has been unfair.
