Hi Stephen, many thanks for taking the time to review even if its not the kind we like. I'm not entirely sure what the confusion is here but your booking came through to us that you booked for 8.20am and you were moved to a barber that was available sooner at 8.10am!! it was a Saturday that we were short staffed and as no specific barber was selected we moved you to the most efficient option, I don't see why we would apologise for that and by all means it could have been changed back if you voiced a concern at the time. As for the haircut not being great, again we ask all our clients if they are happy at the time of service, and you were! I know fully about little b***h barbers slating haircuts a month later and find it quite pathetic tbh, if this was your opinion then why has it taken a month to post the review? sounds very much like you've been asked to do it by your barber. I will pass on the comments about being more up beat in the morning though as I feel it could be classed as constructive.
