    • Colonic Hydrotherapy - DOUBLE SESSION

      Select this option if you you are looking to book a double session for one person. The session will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will be on the bed for 1 hour and 15 mins. I would recommend this option for returning clients. If you have not had a colonic before please just book a single session first. Colonic Hydrotherapy is a naturopathic treatment that involves the safe, gentle infusion of warm water into the colon, bathing the bowels, and giving it a smoothing, cleansing internal massage at the same time. Colonic Hydrotherapy works by using the body's natural nerves and muscular activity to aid the evacuation of waste from the bowels, both during and after the treatment. Colonic Hydrotherapy is not only relaxing, cleansing, and helpful for gut issues, but it may also make you think clearer and feel happier. Your safety is my top priority , and though the treatment is gentle and safe there are some existing health conditions where we are unable to do the treatment. The below conditions are contraindications . If these conditions apply to you unfortunately the treatment cannot be carried out. Please discuss with your doctor before proceeding. In many instances a doctors note will be needed to perform the treatment.  Abdominal Hernia  Active Fissure  Active Inflammatory Bowel Disorders – Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s, Colitis and Diverticulitis.  Active Rectal Fistula  Anti-Coagulants  Autonomic Dysreflexia (occurs in spinal injuries at or above T6)  Bowel Obstruction – e.g., adhesions, volvulus, tumour, etc.  Carcinoma of the colon or rectum  Chemotherapy  Diabetes – Uncontrolled  Epilepsy – Uncontrolled  Heart Failure  Hypertension –severe or uncontrolled.  Inflamed Haemorrhoids (Piles)  Intussusception  Liver function  Pregnancy  Radiotherapy of abdominal area not discharged from medical care  Rectal Bleeding  Reduced kidney function  Tight Sphincter  Undiagnosed Persistent Diarrhoea  Recent bowel biopsy – 3 months.  Recent prostate biopsy made through the bowel – 3 months.  Recent abdominal surgery, laparoscopic or open – 3-6 months depending on severity of surgery and on medical discharge with no complications.  Recent laparoscopic investigation – 6 weeks and on medical discharge  Recent surgery of colon or rectum – 6 months.

    • Personalised Gut Health Plan

      This personalised gut health plan is perfect for somebody looking to take positive steps in improving their gut health without under going a colonic hydrotherapy treatment. You do not need to visit the clinic for this service which means its available to all you beautiful people UK wide. We will work together to manage your symptoms and come to a place where you are no longer suffering. The plan will include a 30 minute consultation which can be done in the clinic, on the phone or over zoom. Before this appointment you will be required to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn the specific issues you’re having with your gut. During the appointment we will discuss your conditions and symptoms in full and create a personalised plan for you to follow. We will make sure that the plan fits in with your lifestyle, work patterns and commitments. This service includes a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks after your first appointment to see how you are getting on and to see if we need to make any tweaks.
