Permanent eyeliner is the ultimate way to wake up with beautiful, perfectly placed, eye-defining eyeliner. 100% smudge proof and natural looking. Eyeliner can be placed along both the upper and lower lash line, depending on look you are hoping to achieve. This is a 2 stage treatment. Booking Fees To secure your appointment date and time, you must pay a non-refundable £50 booking fee which will be deducted from the price due on the day of your treatment. Your appointment will not be secure until the booking fee has been paid. Late payment may result in original appointment time no longer being available. All booking fees are non-refundable. Appointments cannot be moved multiple times; you may need to pay an additional booking fee to secure another appointment. You acknowledge that paying a booking fee to Defined By Linda confirms that you have read the eligibility checklist and terms and conditions. Patch Tests A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to proceed with your treatment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment could result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your booking fee. Contraindications It is your responsibility to disclose any medication you are taking prior to the treatment. You are also required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin conditions you have prior to the treatment. Failure to disclose this information may result in the cancellation of your appointment, may impact your healed results or be detrimental to your health and safety. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose this information. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your medical history at any subsequent appointments. Cancellation Policy No shows will need to pay a new booking fee to re-book an appointment. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice or do not contact us, we reserve the right to refuse treatments. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at full cost of treatment. £50 booking fee will be required if a further appointment is to be made. Top up appointments Top up appointments are included in the original payment for treatment. These must be taken no more than 12 weeks from initial appointment. Top up appointments which are missed or cancelled will be charged at Annual Colour Boost rate. Top up appointments booked outside of the 12 week timeframe will also be charged at Annual Colour Boost rate Arrivals and Lateness We recommend arriving 5 minutes earlier than your confirmed appointment time. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please ensure you make Defined by Linda aware, so adjustments can be made or the rescheduling of an appointment where necessary. The Right to Refuse Treatments Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments. Children & Guests We kindly ask you to turn up to your appointment alone. As treatments take 1 – 3 hours, we are not able to accommodate any children or guests in the salon. Environment We kindly ask you to not eat, drink or smoke within the premises. We also ask you to not take phone calls within the treatment room as this may cause a distraction during treatment. Payments All payments are to be made in full before leaving the premises. Cash and bank transfers are both currently accepted. Refunds All booking fees are non-refundable. Once the treatment has been carried out, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Complaints & Feedback Should you wish to make a complaint or provide feedback, please do so in writing within 7 days of your treatment via linda@definedbylinda.com. Complaints will be responded to within 30 days. We strive to provide high quality services and will treat you with courtesy and respect.
