Such a great team at Carnaby Street! I have been there multiple times and have always received amazing service. They are friendly, kind and offer guid...ance and advice from a very experienced and professional place. On Sunday I went with my 2 daughters so we could all get a piercing. The team were amazing, as always. Emma looked after us upstairs and particularly helped one of my daughters who has Autism, which made choosing her piercing and jewellery less stressful for her. Melanie did her piercing for her and my daughter had a wonderful experience. Smash is always a delight, chatty, super friendly and really knowledgeable, she looked after my other daughter. I was looked after by Davide, I came in with quite set ideas about what I wanted... it turned out my ear anatomy wasn't really a good fit for the piercings I wanted, but he guided me on alternatives that would work and look really beautiful. I put my trust in him and I'm glad I did... the piercings are so beautiful and are a real compliment to what I already had. Thank you Carnaby street team for making our day! I will of course be back and I think you have 2 new converts! Show more

This is my first time doing a review, but what I can say is that this place is the most trusted and worth the price to pay for. I been coming here a...nd having my piercing done and so far all of them been in super good condition. As long as you follow the procedure they given you, there won’t be any issue what so ever. Today, I had an incident where my piercing came out and I quickly booked in with them and was accepted immediately. As I walked in, I let the staff know what happen by showing them my piercing and they did my piercing straight away! It was quickly resolved and was put back to it’s place. The staff, they were all lovely and helpful, they were patient and talk the whole way through during the procedure, just so that you don’t get nervous. I wanna thank all the staff there and 100% sure I’ll be back again! Show more

I can’t fault the service … however I felt a little meh about the charge for a bar downsize on two basic lobes following a piercing - £80 is already p...unchy for lobe piercings and then to be charged an extra £30 to have a 2 minute appointment to have the lebrets changed was a lot. If the resize is essential then this should be included in the initial fee. Show more

Piercer was good - but I had to wait almost 45 minutes before I was seen. It seems strange that there is a system for making an appointment if the tea...m aren’t able to fulfil those slots. If I make an appointment at a certain time, I’d like to be seen reasonably close to that time otherwise I’m not sure why I even made an appointment in the first place. Other than that service was great - thanks! Show more
