I had such a great experience here, I came here for nipple piercings and Octavius let me pick my jewellery and was so sweet to talk to, my piercer Eli...n made me feel so comfortable. She allowed me to take my time and the whole experience was quick and less painful than I imagined it to be. I was given clear advice on how to care for my piercings and I couldn’t be happier with the way they have turned out! We then went downstairs where she marked up my ear, we checked it several times, even taking some photos to check from other angles, and then the piercing was done quickly. V cool and friendly staff, Mel and Mia, I pulled up late for my appointment v close to closing time and they still graciously fit me in for a nose pie...rcing. Was nervous as it was my first ever one, but they were really reassuring, very transparent about the process, did it very cleanly and it was over in a flash. They gave good aftercare advice and products too. If I were to describe the pain of a nostril piercing, I would say it was similar to an awkward paper cut, or catching your finger on something sharp and quickly pulling it off. Excellent customer service from Smash yesterday! I had requested my appointment with Melanie as she has done most of my piercings and downsizings to d...ate but she wasn't in. I have been having problems with a piece of jewellery in my flat piercing and needed advice as to possibly changing my jewellery around to remedy the problem. Smash understood exactly what my issue was and patiently talked through my options (both present and future). She swapped my jewellery around and we have a plan going forward that I feel good about.
