V cool and friendly staff, Mel and Mia, I pulled up late for my appointment v close to closing time and they still graciously fit me in for a nose pie...rcing. Was nervous as it was my first ever one, but they were really reassuring, very transparent about the process, did it very cleanly and it was over in a flash. They gave good aftercare advice and products too. If I were to describe the pain of a nostril piercing, I would say it was similar to an awkward paper cut, or catching your finger on something sharp and quickly pulling it off. Excellent customer service from Smash yesterday! I had requested my appointment with Melanie as she has done most of my piercings and downsizings to d...ate but she wasn't in. I have been having problems with a piece of jewellery in my flat piercing and needed advice as to possibly changing my jewellery around to remedy the problem. Smash understood exactly what my issue was and patiently talked through my options (both present and future). She swapped my jewellery around and we have a plan going forward that I feel good about.
