I had an appointment for brow tinting and shaping, which was confirmed in advance. However, upon arrival, Mariola claimed she was unaware of the appoi...ntment. Consequently, neither the shaping nor the eyebrow darkening with gap filling that I requested was performed. The product applied disappeared the following day. Unfortunately, I couldn’t voice my concerns during the appointment, as Mariola didn’t provide a mirror after the service and repeatedly mentioned that her friend was waiting for her. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Skin Clinic Luton.

As we are all human, mistakes can happen, though I always strive to provide the best service. I apologised several times during your visit, and we proceeded with your treatment as scheduled, with my colleague kindly agreeing to wait. I was surprised to read about your dissatisfaction, as you didn't express any concerns during the appointment when I could have addressed them immediately. Open communication during treatments helps ensure client satisfaction. Regarding the tinting results - the longevity is highly individual and depends on various factors, including skin type, pH levels, and skincare routine. While I use the same professional products for all clients, results can vary due to individual skin characteristics. The mirror is a permanent fixture in our treatment room, positioned on the chest of drawers by the treatment bed. I would have been happy to assist you in examining the results more closely had you mentioned it. I genuinely value my clients' satisfaction.
