I arrived just before my appointment tome and was greeted by gillan at the door. She took me tk the treatment room and we started my consultation. I'...ve had back issues all my life and always felt sore. I had previous surgery on my spine. Gillian told me what to expect with kenetic chain release. We gad a breif discussion about my health and about the treatment. During treatment she kept telling me why she was doing certain things and what they ahould help with. I can honestly say that the entire experience was very pleasant and one that i would recommend. On returning to my car, when i sat in the seat i cpuld not aee put the rear view mirror and was instead looking at my back seats. This indicated what i felt and that was that my posture was far more aligned and upright. I am a bit sore post treatment but that was expected and explained. I definitely feel better and far more balanced and alined. Ocer next few day i was told tk expect pain to reduce. I woukd 100% recommend KCR as a treatment for many ailments. 100% recommend gillian and the therapy hub. Show more
