Hello, your son asked for a taper fade with tram lines in the back which he received, he was very happy with it. When he got home, YOU didn’t like it so you came back in and we rectified it for free, even after you were rude to our staff. He got knicked by the cut throat on his tramline, this happens sometimes due to the awkward angles and all we can do is apologise. A negative review can have a big impact on a small business, we’re more than happy you won’t be returning as we like to treat people with respect and we expect it back. Also, your son was very embarrassed by your behaviour, he was very polite and apologised on your behalf.
