Sorry that your not happy! On your appointment I asked you if you was happy and you said yes, a day later you replied to tell me you weren't happy and showed me a picture of how you wanted it. You need to show me a picture on your appointment time not a day later. I’ve offered to come to cut your hair again multiple times. But because I wasn’t available the day you wanted you’ve now written this review.
