This treatment is perfect if you’re not quite sure what your body needs, have seen a few therapies that interest you, or feel that a combination of treatments would support you best.

Rather than choosing one specific therapy, the Bespoke Healing Massage allows us to tailor the session to you. We respond to what your body is presenting on the day and create a treatment that supports your current needs.

Your session may include a blend of therapies such as lymphatic drainage, massage, scar tissue work, cupping, nervous system regulation, breathwork or other supportive holistic techniques depending on what your body needs.

Because this treatment is bespoke, no two sessions are exactly the same. As the body shifts and begins to rebalance, the focus of the treatment may also evolve.

Session Lengths Explained: 

60 minutes

Ideal if you have specific areas of tension or discomfort you’d like us to focus on. This session is perfect for targeting problem areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, jaw or hips, or working with a particular symptom that needs support.

It also allows us to combine a couple of therapies while focusing on the areas that need the most attention.

90 minutes

A deeper, more restorative session that allows us to work more thoroughly with the body.

With the additional time, we can combine multiple therapies, spend longer supporting the nervous system, and work more slowly through areas that may need deeper attention such as scar tissue, lymphatic flow or long-held tension patterns.

The extended session also allows the body more time to settle and integrate the treatment, making it a lovely option if you’re looking for a more immersive and restorative experience.

Both sessions include a short consultation at the beginning so we can understand what your body needs that day and tailor the treatment accordingly.
