As there was already builder gel from a previous salon on your nails, additional time was required for safe removal and preparation. This, unfortunately, meant that a French tip design wasn’t possible within the time allocated for your booked service.
Throughout the appointment we discussed shape, colour, length and style of your nails, i was reassured that you were happy with this.It seems there was a misunderstanding on both parts.
