Medhi was wonderful with my 2 children today and i can say its the best their hair has looked yet, he listened exactly and was so brilliant with them,... I would give him 5 stars without fail. However, the assistant manager was rude. I booked 2 appointments using the any stylist option. Had my confirmations and reminders. Dave stopped Medhi by saying "she has only booked one appointment" like i wasn't in the room or talking to me to ask?! when i heard i was being spoken about i explained i had and had confirmation, he held up his booking system and said "well it tells me here you haven't so?" I showed him my emails, looking at my email after it looks like i had a child booked in with each of them, but when he discovered this there was no apology or admitting he had seen it. I guarantee he wouldn't have spoken to my husband the same way if he had have taken our boys in. I was embarrassed. I'm disappointed because it's the first barbers we've found where my eldest doesn't scream the place down, we've been back ever since and i often recommend you and i was made to feel very unwelcome. We appreciated being able to sit nearby a...s Rhea worked on his haircut, especially given his autism and sensory sensitivities. Rhea made it easy to communicate with him throughout.
