I visited this salon for a perm, definitely did not want an 80's style, but rather something to give my fine hair some life and body. Caroline was ou...tstanding, she listened to what I wanted, put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable in her care. I absolutely hate visiting salons, they usually feel cliquey, make you feel like you are on a conveyer belt and they are not really interested; Xpressions may not be glitzy or offer champagne like the high end salons but what it lacks in aesthetics it certainly makes up for in customer service, with warmth, friendliness and a nice cup of coffee!
