It was extremely difficult to find this place abd there was no number to ring to ask for help. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with "your late" ...when I was extremely disheveled from the experience of just trying to get there. My anxiety was through the roof. Instead of a relaxing massage I was stressed because it was so difficult to reach and there was no way of contacting them. I recommend adding a contact no. as well as sign posting other places that the venue is near, for example the hotel, the school and the other company that shares that site. The massage itself made up for the bad experience but the way the manager handled the situation meant that all the stress nat took out came back as soon as I received rude/not understanding msgs from the manager. The reply itself speaks volumnes about their customer service and the fact that they needed to make up that I swore speaks for itself too! Massage 3.5/5 Service 1/5 Show more

You are most unwelcome at our salon again. You swore at Natalie on your arrival yet she still graciously did your treatment. I do not tolerate rude behaviour and swearing at our staff no matter how stressed you are. We have received nearly 200 5 star reviews and have never been spoken to like this by anyone. Your future appointments have been cancelled and other therpaists in the area will be advised about your behaviour so as not to accept your bookings. Being stressed is no excuse for no manners. I would also like to point out there is a phone number on booksy, Facebook and Google. I'm not sure where else you would expect us to advertise it? I have the messages I sent you. If you would like to let me know which parts are rude then I'd be interested. I understand it must be embarassing for you to have behaved the way you did. And if telling you your behaviour is unacceptable is rude then so be it. Once again we will not tolerate abuse.
