Absolutely delighted to be a client of Charlie’s again! It’s been a couple years since I’ve seen her (don’t stress on the years, I’m just not a confid...ent driver to where optimal was based at the time), and I hope she doesn’t mind me saying but OPTIMAL has just got better! OPTIMAL has gone above and beyond expectation (if that’s even possible, it was fantastic to begin with!). I’m always a little nervous when going for beauty services, but Charlie put me at ease straight away at 9am on a Saturday – with a full beam of smile and a welcoming attitude. I fully enjoyed all of my treatments – facial, brows and lash lifts. I would fully recommend! I’ll be looking to return in roughly 6 weeks’ time for another facial and then another round of beauty services before I go off on my holidays – it really doesn’t help that OPTIMAL is 5 minutes from my home… I’m obsessed!
