I dropped my 13 year old son off for a haircut yesterday whilst I had to take the baby to an appointment, I booked this online as a junior haircut but... he was charged £18. Not only that, his hair barely looks like it’s been cut and his fringe was so wonky!! Had to pay again to have this rectified last night else he would have been picked on at school today!! Show more

Hi Ian, thank you for your review. i’ve spoken to Sam and he said to your son and showed him how much he would like off he was very specific not to take much off and they both agree the amount to take off as you where not there to give specific detail on how much to take off .as for the pricing skin taper fade as stated on Booksy price list, as this was the haircut your son had. if you were not happy with the haircut you should give the shop a call and arrange a time to come in and let us rectify this.
